I had never eaten and baked a sugee cake before but friends of mine keep raving about it. They told me it is very nice. Therefore i wanted to try out on it, I looked around for a few recipes. I was sooo shocked to see the amount of eggs used for it~~15 egg yolks !!! OMG ( potentially high cholesterol and high lipid LoL ). Finally i found a recipe from Mr Tan, supplier for bakery ingredients & confectionery. Which was wonderful !! using only 5 eggs ( phew !!! ). The outcome was absolutely amazing......rich, buttery cake with the high test hint of agranular texture. Perfect with a strong cup of tea.
