My kids already get bored with the butter cream cartoon b'day cake.This year Jun Lin requested me to do a cheesecake for him. This is my 1st time doing chilled cheesecakes. So i decided to make mango cheesecake and i didn't know it turned out so well. The cake texture is so smooth, moist and creamy, like eating ice-cream. The biscuit at the bottom is very fragrant and tasty too. Jun Lin and Li Xian love it so much and asked me to do it again.
