Pandan coconut milk cheesecake, something very unique and it attract my attention when i first saw it on the cookbook by chef Alan Kok. Pretty outlook with a very nice light green color which obtained from the pandan leaves. It has a great aroma of coconut . Taste wise slightly heavy and it creamy, if you love pandan cake i am sure you will love this cheesecake too....friends of my hubby said , the taste is better than secret recipe!?!?
