Chinese New Year is coming very soon. Ya ! another two more months only......Green Pea Cookies seem like the top new comer in the list of popular biscuits in Penang nowadays !! For the past few years, i always bought all these CNY cookies from the Lip Sin morning market.
For this coming Spring Festival （春节) , i decided to bake my own cookies. Few days ago, i tried to bake this famous green pea cookies. It tasted jus like many people says " melts in our mouth and Crisy after taste " Yummy...I also like the salty sweetness of the cookies, further more the unique green colour is came from the green pea itself. As people are more alert about own health, this type of healthy foods really suite to everyone......
