Bangkok Cake is a combination of coffee jelly and custard pudding with a layer of pandan sponge cake. The three flavour complimented each other very well and presented with pretty and bright colour dessert.....
Best to serve when chill, emm was a yummy yummy dessert . My children ask why it name Bangkok Cake? I told them may be who did this cake was from Bangkok!!!!! Then they ask me whether got Malaysia cake??!! haiz ...children always have thousand of question????????
