Pineapple Upside Down Mini Cake ( 凤梨小蛋糕 ) ~ ~A traditional Jamiacan Dessert........
I still have some UHT cream left over in my fridge from my baked cheese cake. I need to use up before it turns bad so i decided to make a pineapple upside down mini cakes. This recipe was given by chef Gina Tan. From her i get to know vanilla pod, this expensive real element really make the taste of cake so wonderful~ ~ muakkkk. The pineapple Upside down cake is a particularly delectable dessert that is generally liked by most of people. The taste was awesome, and the cake looks beautiful !!!

Bangkok Cake~ 8 inch (曼谷蛋糕)
Best to serve when chill, emm was a yummy yummy dessert . My children ask why it name Bangkok Cake? I told them may be who did this cake was from Bangkok!!!!! Then they ask me whether got Malaysia cake??!! haiz ...children always have thousand of question????????

A girl friend of my sister in law requested me to bake her a chocolate cake ! And the one i decided on was a chocolate checkerboard cheese cake...............It came out pretty dam good i have to admit and the striking black and white squares patterned made it so special and unique.

Christmas Fruit Cake~ ~5 inch x 9 inch (圣诞水果蛋糕)
Christmas is around the corner, i believe fruitcakes are often served in this big celebration.......Generally, fruitcake is a mixture of fruits and nuts with just enough batter to hold them together. The wonderful part of this cake is when wrapped it in cling wrap and foil, kept in airtight closed container, a fruitcake may be kept for months and year.....It is moist, delicious and wonderful taste..............Love it !!!!!!!!

Golden Arrow Cookies(Caramel Almond Flakes)~ ~ 杏仁麦芽糖脆薄片
I am so excited to make Golden Arrow Cookies coz it sounds great !!!!! These cookies does not require butter or margarine. Very simple ingredient with excellent outcome. It is simply crispy and crispy and the smell is incredibly good of strong baked almond.....
Believe me once you had try, you will always request for more. Am sure every one of you will love it very much like me..........
