I still have some UHT cream left over in my fridge from my baked cheese cake. I need to use up before it turns bad so i decided to make a pineapple upside down mini cakes. This recipe was given by chef Gina Tan. From her i get to know vanilla pod, this expensive real element really make the taste of cake so wonderful~ ~ muakkkk. The pineapple Upside down cake is a particularly delectable dessert that is generally liked by most of people. The taste was awesome, and the cake looks beautiful !!!
