Ms Ernolyn, my regular customer again ordered chocolate chequed cheese cake for her son's birthday last Sunday.
The cake was decorated with fresh fruits, desiccate coconut, raspberry chocolate and icing doll.......

Birthday cake which ordered by S/N Lydia to celebrate her friend's birthday today. Although am not able to come up with her idea >>> " Donald Duck " but  i hope this type of creation will impress both of you !!!!

To thank one of my close girl friend for being support me along my baking journey. I made this pineapple upside down cake for her to celebrate her hubby's birthday.
I've made this once by using mini size cake tin and now i am baking the real thing. The cake turned out great and delightful. I hope you will  like it my dear friend.....^^

Butterscotch Black Sesame Cake ~ 9 inch ( 奶油糖果黑芝麻蛋糕 )

A wonderfully moist butterscotch cake filled with black sesame seeds......yum

This is a great dessert for the whole family to enjoy. The cake was butterscotchy enough, moist, delicious and the flavors are unique....
By adding some black sesame seeds, gives the cake a wonderful aroma and pretty look.......LOVE it.

                                                                          

Cream Cheese Chocolate Cupcakes~ 芝士巧克力杯子小蛋糕

                                                                                   

Last month was my daughter's birthday, so i figured that would be a good excuse for baking some cupcakes for her. I found the recipe on Y3k cookbooks. They weren't too sweet and the ratio of filling to cake was just right. My only complaint would be that the texture of cakes were a bit dry.

Anyway, my kids love the cheerful color and the great taste of cream cheese very much !!!!
