 Tiramisu is a heavenly indulgent dessert. I believe everyone loves a piece of this cake. This is my first attempt to made this popular Italian's cake. Instead of using lady fingers, i substitute with a thin layer of sponge cake. The taste was so wonderful but the decorating part still "many" rooms for improvement. My hubby said, this is the most tasty cake he had before.....he he...

I wonder what type of foods to let my kids to bring to school the next day ? So this was what i  made for them. I was expecting a green coloured cake , but it turned out to be a tea coloured !!! Any way my kids like it. It was really yummy, soft and moist............

Tried out with another type of light cheesecake~ Orange Lassi Cheesecake~ The grated zest of orange on top of the cake contributed to a very fragrant smell .....yummy....

German Black Forest~~9 inch (德国黑森林蛋糕)

This cake specially baked for my brother-- Ming's birthday. He is so happy and surprise when received. I can't believe it is the 1st b'day cake in his life !! Although the shape of the cake is not really round enough but taste wise is wonderful....

Strawberry Banana Cheesecake~~8 inch (草莓香蕉芝士蛋糕)

                                                                           

Strawberry and banana are two flavors that have been complementing one another for years. By combining them together with some chocolate chips in a cheesecake makes perfect sense....... and tastes sooo delicious !! My kids at home told me that it is one of the BEST cheesecake they have ever eaten. It's absolutely lovelyyy                                                        

Pandan Coconut Milk Cheesecake~~8 inch (班兰椰香芝士蛋糕)

Pandan coconut milk cheesecake, something very unique and it attract my attention when i first saw it on the cookbook by chef Alan Kok. Pretty outlook with a very nice light green color which obtained from the pandan leaves. It has a great aroma of coconut .  Taste wise slightly heavy and it creamy, if you love pandan cake i am sure you will love this cheesecake too....friends of my hubby said , the taste is better than secret recipe!?!?

Coffee Marble Cheesecake~~8 inch (咖啡大理石轻芝士蛋糕)



Tried out another cheesecake recipe from chef Alan Kok~~Coffee Marble Cheesecake. Looked really tempting and yummy !! If you love coffee, you'll love this coffee accommodating dessert even if you are in the midst of a weight loss program !! This cake has a rich coffee aroma and goes well with cream cheese. Mango Cheesecake~~9 inch (芒果芝士蛋糕)

                                                                              

My kids already get bored with the butter cream cartoon b'day cake.This year Jun Lin requested me to do a cheesecake for him. This is my 1st time doing chilled cheesecakes. So i decided to make mango cheesecake and i didn't know it turned out so well. The cake texture is so smooth, moist and creamy, like eating ice-cream. The biscuit at the bottom is very fragrant and tasty too. Jun Lin and Li Xian love it so much and asked me to do it again.

Chocolate Milk Cheesecake~~8 inch (巧克力奶芝士蛋糕)

Gorgeous and look impressive !! Sprinkle with chocolate chips and dusted with a little snow sugar on top of the cake~~~~Absolutely delicious !!!! Simple ingredients , fabulous cake........yummyyy
